- Wear Rose Quartz jewellery close to your heart to allow the energy of the stone to be directed to your heart.
- Sleep with a tumbled stone under your pillow. It has protective properties that will shield you from depression and sleep disorders.
- Place two pieces in the bedroom (bedside is fine). This represents you and your partner (or future partner) and allows you to work on/form a strong relationship. I prefer raw crystals for this.

How to Cleanse Rose Quartz
