During meditation it brings a quiet calm to the mind and body. Sometimes called the wisdom stone, sodalite is said to enhance concentration and bolster courage.

To use a worry stone, hold between the index finger and thumb and gently massage your thumb back and forth whilst holding positive intentions. You may also like to use a  palm stone or tumble stone in your meditation.
